What Is a Regional Recovery Partner?

A Regional Recovery Partner is a high-capacity intermediary that helps stabilize, rebuild, and expand essential services across multiple counties—especially during periods of funding disruption, organizational decline, or shifting statewide priorities.

In Georgia, many rural communities face limited capacity to manage federal and state programs, sustain nonprofits, or coordinate county-wide solutions. GROW fills this critical gap.

As Georgia’s Regional Recovery Partner, GROW:

Community Donation Drive

Restores and strengthens nonprofits facing financial or operational crisis

Implements multi-county programs where local agencies lack infrastructure or resources

Business Meeting Discussion

Expands childcare, early learning, workforce, and youth services

Farmer Pointing Field

Aligns regional needs with state and federal funding priorities

Provides grant management, compliance, and technical assistance

Team Meeting Discussion
Farmer's Market Interaction

Builds systems—not just programs—to ensure long-term stability

GROW ensures that rural communities are equipped to adapt, innovate, and thrive as economic systems evolve and industries transform.
