GROW’s Workforce & Economic Mobility division supports rural communities across Southwest and South-Central Georgia by aligning people, employers, and training systems with the demands of a changing economy.
Rather than operating as a single workforce program, GROW serves as a regional connector and capacity-builder—strengthening local providers, coordinating partners, and helping communities access workforce resources at scale.

GROW’s Regional Nonprofit Hub serves as a centralized support system for nonprofit organizations across Southwest and South-Central Georgia.
As a regional intermediary, GROW helps nonprofits stabilize operations, recover from disruption, and build the capacity needed to deliver critical services to rural communities.
This hub exists to ensure that local organizations—often operating with limited resources—have access to the expertise, coordination, and support required to remain effective.

GROW’s Youth & Families division partners with nonprofit agencies across Southwest Georgia to support young people and families through coordinated, community-based services. Rather than operating in isolation, GROW serves as the regional referral and coordination hub—connecting families to trusted local providers delivering education, health, prevention, and family support programs that strengthen outcomes for this generation and the next.
